Njabulo, Thandolwethu and Nomsa attended the South African Junior Chess Championships in January 2020. Fundile and Thandolwethu were invited to compete in the South African Junior Chess unfortunately, Fundile didn't make it but she gained significant experience.
Thandolwethu was automatically qualified as she previously played in the Wild Cards Tournament in 2020, but unfortunately did not make it through the knockout rounds.

As Khulisa Social Solutions organisation we pledge to combat HIV and AIDS by making sure that those living with the disease get the care they deserve.
CONFIDENTIALITY
An employee who is or becomes infected with HIV has the right to confidentiality and privacy, as is the case with any employee that has experienced or is experiencing any medical or psychological related incident.

GENDER EQUALITY
We strive to equalize gender relating matters by recognising that the empowerment of the female youth is vital to Successfully prevent HIV infection and enable women to cope with HIV. We encourage all employees particularly those living in areas that are off high risk of HIV to go for HIV testing and counselling.
Online reputation management concerns with shaping strategies that influence how the public peceives an organisation and it's brand. It involves creating impressions in an online environment with the purpose of improving quality of presence and perception of an organisation and its brand.

We are always active on our social media pages and that help as a sense of community between our organisation and audience, which includes donors, volunteers, employees, individuals and beneficiaries and first time visitors.

We have set up Google Alerts in order to track all online mentions of our organisation in the following places: Blogs Google Groups results for us to get notifications about concerns of the organisation before they escalates and become on the top research results.
Monitoring
The most important thing with with building a vitorious online reputation management strategy is to build up the publics respect. This means creating an organisation foundation based on trust. As a small organisation our most valuable asset is public trust.

We practice honesty in all forms, we invest in responding to criticism and feedback. We make sure that we don't hide complaints but address them Publicly, we are aware that negative feedback exists and we do not pretend like it does not.

Integrated brand marketing strategically focuses on ensuring that brand communication is consistent in messaging, graphics and color palette. To keep a brand relevant, IBM is a strong tool as it also involves a research function, which allows the organisation to monitor itself in relation to its environment. IBM is more about maintaining relationships, as it communicates with all stakeholders and its path is dictated by customer-specific needs, rather than what the organisation offers.
